About Monika Becker

Monika’s career started as a Germany-trained Engineer in Horticulture. After immigrating to Canada in 2002 she shifted into a role in tourism where she eventually was promoted to a Sales Center Team Lead. Monika flourished in this role as a trainer, coach, and co-leader of their team of 25, and discovered her love for the coaching profession.

Due to corporate restructuring in the fall of 2008, Monika was laid off, chose to take coach training, and subsequently started her own boutique coaching firm Clear Directions Coaching in 2009.

With her 15+ years of experience in the personal and professional development realm, Monika now mostly works with business owners, corporate leaders, and their teams to resolve their internal and external struggles. Through her uniquely personal yet extremely practical approach, Monika supports her clients in transforming into the next best version of themselves and becoming more authentic, confident, impactful, and fulfilled as a result.

In her work, Monika consistently applies a “Bring Your Whole Self to Work & Life” perspective because she is a firm believer that we can’t live satisfying lives if we ignore any part of who we are.

Besides being a coach, trainer, and self-healing facilitator Monika is a three-times published author (one Amazon best-seller), and an international speaker.
